Crete, the largest and one of the most compelling islands of Greece has “hosted” many wedding ceremonies over the years, but we can guarantee you, that none of them was as spectacular as the one of Howard & Rachel’s. Watching them, standing by the glittering sea, while declaring the love they have for one another, was one of the most heartfelt moments we experienced in that trip!

Starting from early on that day, friends and family kept company to the couple in their respective villas Abaton island resort & spa. Spacious and grand, these rooms are there to satisfy any needs and to provide convenience to both the couple and to the wedding professionals.

The wedding ceremony was completed under the golden highlights of the sun and the shimmering waters, which added to the feelings of serenity and peace. Other-wordly would be an understatement to describe this divine connection!

The day closed off with sentimental toasts, fine dining and of course a thrilling party! The venue that was hosting the wedding Abaton island resort & spa had a plethora of options, such as a bar, while the overall decorations really complimented the couple and the authentic cretan spirit!

The real praise though, should be attributed to The Twelve Events, that managed to create and schedule such a lavish event. She keeps raising the bar high and inspires us to be better videographers!
